multi-unit high rise buildings; it also includes a single development of
multiple buildings, possibly in a garden setting. The properties are
classified A, B, or C based on quality, age, and amenities such as
security, parking, recreational facilities, concierge, etc. This
category includes apartments used as student housing near colleges and
universities or senior housing. It also includes “mixed” use,
apartments over retail or offices where the residential comprises a
significant portion of the property. It does not include properties
where units are rented on a weekly bases.
